Terms of membership
Last updated November 5, 2026. By paying for or using Krypto Snatcher you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't pay and don't use it.
1. What Krypto Snatcher is
- Krypto Snatcher ("we", "us") is a Telegram bot and a Telegram Mini App ("the app") for trading coins on the Solana blockchain. It watches wallets, sends alerts, and lets you buy, sell, send and track coins from wallets you control.
- It is a tool. It is not a broker, an exchange, a bank, a wallet provider that holds your money, or an investment adviser.
2. Who can join
- You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use crypto trading tools where you live. You are responsible for following your own local laws.
- Membership is invite only, through a current member's referral link. We may decline anyone.
- One membership is for one person and one Telegram account. Don't share or resell access.
- Membership may be capped. When the cap is reached, new people can join a waitlist. A spot on the waitlist is not a promise of a seat or a date.
3. Price, payment and days
- Membership is sold as blocks of days: 35 days for $30, 105 days for $80, 210 days for $150, or 365 days for $250 (US dollars). Prices can change for new payments; see section 6 for members whose price is locked.
- You pay in SOL. The SOL amount is worked out from SOL's US dollar price when you start paying and is held for 15 minutes. After that a new amount is worked out.
- A payment counts once it is confirmed on the Solana blockchain and reaches our payment wallet. Network fees are yours.
- Paying a little less: a payment of at least 97% of the amount asked counts as paid in full.
- Paying too little: a payment under 97% is not accepted and gives no days. We send what arrived back to the wallet it came from, less the network fee, usually within 7 days. We don't hold it as credit.
- Paying more: extra is turned into extra days, worked out at the rate of the best block the payment reaches and rounded up to a whole day. For example, $100 gets the $80 block's rate: 131.25 days, so 132 days.
- Paying early adds the new days on top of the days you have left.
- Only pay from a wallet you control. Payments sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or in a coin other than SOL can't be recovered by us.
4. No refunds
- All payments are final. Crypto payments can't be reversed, and we don't give refunds for unused days, for a change of mind, or for trading losses.
- The only money we send back is a payment under 97% (section 3).
5. When your days run out
- The bot reminds you 3 days before your access ends and again on the last day.
- When your days run out, you get a 12-hour grace period, with a final reminder at the 6-hour mark. After 12 hours the bot and the app stop working for you until you pay again.
- Your wallets stay yours whether your access is active or not. Your 12 backup words open them in Phantom or any compatible Solana wallet.
- Auto-sells you set up before your access ends may stop being watched once it ends. Check them before your days run out.
6. Member statuses
- We may give some members a special status, such as Grand Elder or Black Lotus, with perks like a locked price, free or discounted features, or other rewards.
- Statuses, their perks and how they are earned are decided by us, can be described separately, and can change. A status has no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
7. Your keys, your wallets, your trades
- Your wallets are created and kept on your own device, locked by your PIN or password. We never see, hold or store your private keys or 12 backup words, and we can't recover them. If you lose your backup words and your device, your wallets are gone. Write the words down and keep them safe.
- Every trade is yours. You review it and sign it on your device. Auto-sells, stop-losses and take profits are transactions you sign in advance; we only send them when the rule you picked is met.
- The app checks each trade before you sign it, but no check is perfect. You are responsible for every transaction you sign.
8. Risks
- Meme coins are extremely risky. Prices can fall to zero in seconds, coins can be scams or "rugs", and you can lose everything you put in.
- Alerts, grades, rankings, rug checks, trending lists, strategy tests and coin calls are information, not advice or promises. Past results of any wallet say nothing sure about the future.
- Tailing a wallet means you buy after it does, usually at a worse price, and its owner may sell into the people copying it.
- The bot and app depend on other services: Telegram, the Solana network, Helius, Jupiter, PumpPortal, pump.fun, Meteora, GeckoTerminal, Jito, MoonPay, Cloudflare and others. Any of them can be slow, change, fail or shut down. Trades and auto-sells can fail, land late or land at a different price than expected.
- We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and the service may have downtime. We don't promise any feature will always be there.
9. Not financial or tax advice
- Nothing in the bot, the app, this site or our messages is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Make your own decisions.
- Tax files and P&L figures are a starting point, worked out from what we can read on the blockchain. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check them yourself or with a tax professional. You are responsible for your own taxes.
10. The affiliate program
- Every paying member gets a referral link. When someone joins through your link and pays, you earn 30% of each payment they make, including renewals and longer blocks.
- You keep earning on a person for as long as they keep paying. If their access runs past the 12-hour grace period without a payment, that referral ends for good and later payments from them earn nothing.
- You keep earning on your referrals even if your own membership has ended.
- Someone who joins the waitlist through your link counts as your referral when they later get in and pay.
- A commission is owed as soon as the payment it comes from is received. Every week, usually on Friday, everything you're owed at that point is paid out in one payment, in SOL, to the wallet you choose (your app's main wallet unless you set another address). We may hold a payout while we look into anything unusual.
- No commission is paid on your own memberships, or on a payment sent from your own paying wallet or payout wallet. Fake accounts, self-referrals, spam, misleading claims about Krypto Snatcher (including promised profits), or posing as us can end your affiliate earnings and your membership, and unpaid commissions may be cancelled.
- Commissions are payments to you, not wages. You are responsible for any taxes on them.
- We may offer some affiliates a different rate by separate agreement, and we may change the program for future payments with notice in the bot.
11. Fair use
- Don't use Krypto Snatcher to break the law, to manipulate markets, to defraud anyone, or to attack, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the bot, the app or the services behind them.
- We may limit, suspend or end access for anyone who misuses the service or breaks these terms, without a refund.
12. What we keep about you
- We keep your Telegram ID and name, your membership dates and status, your payments and the wallet addresses they came from, who invited you and who you invited, your commissions, and the settings and watch lists you give the bot.
- We never have your private keys or backup words. Your wallet history is public on the Solana blockchain, as all Solana activity is.
- We don't sell your information. We use it to run the service, take payments, pay affiliates and stop abuse.
13. Limits on our responsibility
- Krypto Snatcher is provided "as is", without promises of any kind, as far as the law allows.
- As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, failed or late transactions, lost keys, outages of other services, or any indirect loss. If we are ever found responsible for anything, the most we owe is what you paid us in the 35 days before it happened.
14. Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and big changes are announced in the bot. Using Krypto Snatcher after a change means you accept it.
